The best way to reach us is email. Write to us at contact@alltoolsmax.com — that's the one inbox we check, and every message lands in the same place.
There's no contact form on this page, on purpose. Our tools never send your data anywhere, and we'd rather not start with a form here.
What to write about
A tool gave a wrong result or broke. This is the mail we most want to get. Tell us the name of the tool, what you entered in general terms, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. You don't need to send your actual resume or letter — a rough description is enough for us to reproduce most problems.
A factual error in a guide. If something on the blog or a tool page is wrong, out of date, or unclear, tell us which page and what looks off. We'll check it and fix it.
A tool you'd like us to build. If there's a small career task you keep having to do the hard way, describe it. New tools here often start as a reader's suggestion.
Business or partnership questions. If your question is about working with All Tools Max rather than using it, the same email address works. Just say so in the subject line.
What to expect
We're a small team, so set expectations honestly: replies usually take a few days, and sometimes a little longer when we're in the middle of fixing something. We do read everything.
There are also a couple of things we can't do. We can't review individual resumes or letters one-to-one — the tools on the site are built for exactly that job, and they do it without your document ever leaving your device. And we can't give legal or tax advice. The overtime calculator gives estimates based on the numbers you enter, not advice about your specific situation. For questions about your own pay, contract, or rights, a payroll professional or an employment lawyer is the right person to ask.
A quick privacy note
Please don't email us documents with personal data you wouldn't want sitting in an inbox. Email isn't the most private way to move information around, and we don't need your real documents to help you. Describe the problem in general terms and we'll work from that. The tools themselves never send your data anywhere — emailing us is the one time information comes to us, and only what you choose to type.
Three quick questions
Do I need an account to contact you?
No. There's no account system on All Tools Max at all. Just send an email from your usual address.
Can you check why my overtime result looks wrong?
We can try, if you tell us the tool settings and the numbers in general terms — hours, rate, and what you expected. We can't give a ruling on what your employer owes you, though. That's a question for payroll or a lawyer.
Will you add a tool if I suggest one?
Maybe. We add tools slowly and only when we're confident we can build them well and keep them free. Every suggestion gets read, and the ones that help the most people are the ones most likely to get built.
